Michelle Roberts
Michelle made her theatrical debut in 2025 aboard the historic Swanage Railway, stepping into the foggy world of a Sherlock Holmes murder mystery. Having caught the ‘acting bug’ on the steam line, she has since returned for a second mystery, quickly becoming a fan of the immersive and unpredictable nature of railway theatre.
As a professional graphic designer and illustrator based in Dorset, Michelle has a natural eye for detail and character. This creative background fuels her penchant for fancy dress; she never misses an opportunity to step into a new persona! She particularly enjoyed the chance to put a fresh twist on a classic character when she took on the role of a female Dr. Watson.
A steam train enthusiast, Michelle found that joining the cast was the perfect marriage of her passions. When the opportunity arose to perform on her local line, she eagerly embraced the challenge. She is now looking forward to many more nights of mystery, intrigue – and costumes!
